Terms of Service

1. Scope of professional services

By entering an agreement with Anthem Medical Technology Solutions, LLC for medical technology solutions, healthcare IT services, integration support, security consulting, or related professional services, the client agrees to the written statement of work, order form, or master services agreement executed between the parties. Anthem Medical Technology Solutions, LLC may adjust implementation methods, tooling, or sequencing within the agreed scope to deliver outcomes consistent with industry practice and vendor guidance.

2. Timelines and dependencies

Technology projects depend on third-party vendors, clinical priorities, change control, and client-provided access. Anthem Medical Technology Solutions, LLC provides reasonable schedule estimates for milestones, testing windows, and go-live activities. Dates are projections unless expressly identified as fixed obligations in a signed agreement.

3. Fees, expenses, and payment

• Professional fees, managed service retainers, and pass-through costs are billed as stated in the applicable contract or purchase order.
• Software licenses, cloud usage, telecommunications charges, and similar third-party expenses are typically billed directly to the client by vendors unless Anthem Medical Technology Solutions, LLC is expressly authorized to procure and resell such items under the contract.
• Accounts materially in arrears may be subject to suspension of non-essential work until balances are resolved, as permitted by law and the governing agreement.

4. Intellectual property and deliverables

Upon payment of amounts due for custom deliverables identified in writing, the client receives the usage rights described in the agreement. Anthem Medical Technology Solutions, LLC retains rights to pre-existing materials, generalized methodologies, templates, and internal tools used across multiple clients, except as otherwise agreed in writing.
